I agree with the message of aesop's fable which encourage us to work hard. It is more relevant when viewed from a long-term perspective. In other words, because the idea that effort is an indicator of success in society contributes to the development of society and the development of individuals, the aesop's fable which contains the massage about the importance of effort should be appreciated. In this sense, I support Aesop's Fables because that shows a sound society where lazy person lose and industrial person win.
Beyond the mere aspect of benefit, it is also a matter of justice. Aristotle said "Justice is a good match for each individual." And there is a similar quotes from capitalism which is the foundation of our society. "If you don't work, you will have no right to eat", "No pain, no gain."
Anyway, the essence of capitalism is the division by the outcome, and outcome can not be attained without effort. Therefore, it is important to encourage people to make efforts and to keep checks on laziness. That means unearned income, which removes the reason for trying to work and finally has bad effects on society as well as the individuals longing for it, need to be removed because the development of society is based on each individual's achievements.
Society should consider effort as a virtue for the sake of social advancement and personal success. And we should work hard for both justice and long-term gains. That is why I support Aesop's Fables.
